Step 1: Pre-Construction

Starts with a project discovery meeting to discuss your budget and project scope.  Once we are retained, we will collectively develop your project scope, estimate soft and hard cost projections, and begin sourcing your needed team members. Once construction plans have been produced and approved, we solidify hard costs by acquiring general contractor bids.  We assist in your bid comparison process and contractor team selection if our team is not the firm conducting the work.

Step 2: Construction

We manage your project to ensure milestones and deliverables are met and that it stays on schedule and on budget.  By use of PM software our clients have real time visibility of how the project is progressing, when changes are needed and when goals have been reached.  

Step 3: Post Construction

Once the project is complete and CO has been delivered, all construction documents are transferred to our client for their records organized by deliverables, vendor and invoice reconciliations. In addition, we stay around to assist with any onboarding needs to ensure you and your team are fully versed on how to operate the features of your company’s new home.
