Corporate Office Transformation | A Statement Workplace Design
Reclaimed Karma was honored to lead the full transformation of the headquarters for the nation’s first Black-owned crowdfunding firm. Serving as Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Interior Designer, our team reimagined a former 10,000-square-foot electrical company office into a dynamic, multi-use campus all in under one year.
The renovated space now includes shared workspaces, event areas, long-term private offices, campus-style housing, and a café, all designed to support collaboration, growth, and community.
Aligned with the client’s bold go-to-market strategy, the exterior was painted Sherwin-Williams Tricorn Black, setting the tone for an interior palette of black, white, and gold accents throughout. From the moment you enter the lobby, the goal is clear: to invoke excellence and make it unmistakable.
This project proves that excellence isn’t just felt in person—it’s visible in every detail.
