We were honored to have been selected to help bring to life the home office for the nationally recognized first black crowdfunding firm. Reclaimed Karma served as the Project Manager, Construction Manager and Interior Designer. In under a year, the roughly 10,000 sqft property was converted into a campus housing shared work space, event space, long term office rentals and a cafe. Aligning with the clients bold go to market strategy the exterior was painted “Tricorn Black”, following suit the interior design strategy was set with black, white and gold accents. Invoking excellence was the goal of the owner as soon as one walks into the lobby. It’s undeniable that excellence can now even be achieved from a picture.
