Let’s check out your space! We’ll set a time to meet with you in person to get a better look at your renovation project and to discuss your budget. With that budget in mind, we then conduct an onsite consultation where we gather all measurements and details needed to develop the full scope of your project in efforts to create a comprehensive quote. This process, unlike a rough estimate, is a pretty close snapshot of the total project cost. Knowing your budget and being able to communicate that budget with us, helps us to set the right expectations for your renovation desires and keeps us from offering solutions far under or over that budget.
So you’ve decided you want us to make your renovation dreams come true! Once we align on scope and budget, next step is to get your project on our books. In order to get your renovation project placed on our schedule we ask for a retainer which is applied to your project’s bottom line. From there, you are placed on our calendar…Woohoo Now the fun begins!
Time to get those creative juices flowing! During this phase we are either leading the design process for your project or supporting your design efforts in every way possible. Material procurement takes time and coordination prior to a project’s start date. We assist with the procurement of materials and pass along trade discounts when applicable. Once all supply lead times have been confirmed, we set our compass towards your start date.
The time has finally come to tear down and start over new! From demolition day to final walk through we have your back! We oversee and manage the daily specifics of your project in efforts to help keep it as stress free for you as possible, but making sure your voice is heard every step of the way. Our goal is to keep projects on schedule, on budget and that the entire experience is one to positively remember. As a client, feel comfortable knowing that even after the project is complete, we are only a phone call away.
